The organization combines the speed and innovation of a growing engineering group with the resources of a well-established manufacturer. Engineers work closely with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to bring new products from development through production.Primary ResponsibilitiesYou'll play a key role in the development and integration of electrical systems by:Designing and developing printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) from initial concept through production. Selecting electronic components and supporting sourcing, manufacturing, testing, and validation activities. Developing embedded hardware using microcontrollers and supporting firmware developed in Python and C. Designing electrical architectures for battery-powered and generator-supported mobile systems. Creating and supporting electrical harnesses, wiring layouts, and system interconnects. Performing electrical troubleshooting, system integration, verification, and hardware validation. Supporting prototype builds, engineering changes, and continuous product improvements. Preparing engineering documentation including schematics, bills of material, test procedures, and design revisions. Working closely with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and systems engineers throughout product development. What We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates will have experience with most of the following:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Two or more years of professional electrical engineering experience. Embedded systems and microcontroller development. Python and C programming for embedded applications. Hands-on PCBA design, component selection, and board development. Electrical harness design and system integration. Battery systems, power storage, generators, or mobile power distribution. CAN Bus communication. Circuit design, power electronics, and electrical troubleshooting. Git version control and Linux development environments. Using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other laboratory equipment for debugging and validation.
