We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing Volkswagen dealership. If you're passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right new Volkswagen to fit their lifestyle and budget.
Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Stay current on Volkswagen products, features, and promotions.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Sales experience is preferred but not requiredwe'll train the right person.
Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
