We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing Volkswagen dealership. If you're passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right new Volkswagen to fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Stay current on Volkswagen products, features, and promotions.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Sales experience is preferred but not requiredwe'll train the right person.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
