What You’ll Be Doing

• Meeting with motivated sellers on pre-set listing appointments
• Presenting and winning listing agreements
• Pricing homes strategically and advising sellers
• Managing negotiations and guiding clients through closing
• Following proven listing and conversion systems
• Delivering a high level of client service and communication
• Building long-term referral relationships

Who We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Coachable, driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment
• Desire to increase listing volume and income quickly
• Team-oriented and professional approach
• Listing experience is a plus, but not required
