Qualifications:
- Previous paraprofessional experience required
- Current credentials/certifications meeting paraprofessional standards
- Experience supporting students in K – 12 settings is a plus

- Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist educators with classroom management and instructional support
- Work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce learning objectives
- Provide support to students with diverse learning needs
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom atmosphere
- Support daily routines and adapt to a dynamic educational setting
- Collaborate with staff to meet student goals and promote success
