Job Description:

The Kids Crunch Attendant role is responsible for managing our Kids Crunch area and exhibiting fun, entertaining, and safe activities with children.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with children and members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Engage with children one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead and participate in interactive activities.
• Ensure the safety and security of children while attending Kids Crunch.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for children to play in.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of experience working with children preferred
• CPR/AED certification required
• Professional attitude
• Upbeat and positive personality
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate attentiveness to children in a busy environment

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking.
