Broadway Ave. Moore, OK 73160, USA — Full‑Time. Home every night! Silver Star Construction, a local road construction company, is seeking a Class A Dump Truck Driver. The job involves transporting materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, asphalt, and dust from one location to another. Responsibilities Climbs on and off truck body during loading, unloading, and tie‑down procedures. Inspects truck equipment with pre‑trip and post‑trip walkaround inspection. Maintains and follows truck maintenance schedule. Works in a variety of weather conditions. Might assist with snow removal duties (e.g., plow and salt/sand roads). Performs all other duties as assigned. Dump Truck Driver Skills Good hand‑eye coordination, hearing ability, and physical health. Strong verbal communication skills in collaborative environments. Time‑management skills to deliver material on time and safely. Familiarity with safety regulations. Understanding of vehicle operation. Knowledge of braking and turning. Experience with dumping the load. Proper loading techniques. Qualifications Able to sit for long periods of time. Must have CDL A (at least 2 years of verifiable DOT experience). Must have a good driving record (2 points or less). Must meet all Federal DOT Requirements. Pre‑ and post‑trip inspections. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime when required.
