0.500 Position Summary The MK Station Supervisor directs the pre-school age childcare program at JAARS, which includes personnel oversight, financial resources, facilities management, and program development.
Position Responsibilities
- Daily staffing of the MK Station program
- Record keeping for attendance, accounting, inventory of equipment, correspondence, and information on childcare
- Planning and coordinating of special activities and field trips
- Communications with staff, parents, and various department managers
- Oversight of MK Station facilities
- Oversight of the purchase of custodial, classroom, playground, snack supplies, and needed equipment
- A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes your personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth
- Embrace the vision, mission, and core values of JAARS
- Demonstrate an ability to work well with adults and children
- Administrative skills, as well as minimum one year administration experience, and minimum two years teaching experience
- Previous multicultural experience helpful
