FP&A Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking an FP&A Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Boca Raton, FL within the financial services industry. This highly visible role will support the Director of FP&A and senior leadership with strategic planning, financial forecasting, executive reporting, and data-driven business decision support. The FP&A Analyst will partner closely with leaders across operations, underwriting, sales, and servicing to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated financial models, reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting tools within Cube, Microsoft Fabric, OLAP, and related reporting environments. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including variance analysis, performance reporting, and executive-level insights. Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across business origination channels. Support strategic initiatives including capital planning, pricing analysis, portfolio performance analysis, growth planning, and long-term financial modeling. Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights that support operational performance, forecasting, and business decision making. Prepare Power BI dashboards, board materials, investor reporting, executive presentations, and ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership.
