Job Summary:

The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality service within a premium Commercial Real Estate (CRE) amenity lounge. This role supports lounge operations by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering bar and café menu items, maintaining lounge presentation standards, and ensuring an elevated experience for tenants and guests. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, professional, energetic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Hospitality

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to tenants, clients, and guests.
• Create a welcoming lounge experience that reflects the property's hospitality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Build positive relationships with lounge members and frequent visitors.

Food & Beverage Service

• Serve beer, wine, cocktails, coffee beverages, soft drinks, and other menu offerings in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Deliver prepared food items from the kitchen or bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Accurately communicate menu offerings, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently throughout service periods.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address service concerns professionally.

Runner & Bar Support

• Assist bartenders and lounge staff with stocking, replenishment, and service support.
• Deliver food and beverages throughout lounge spaces, conference areas, and event venues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, bars, and dining areas.
• Support event setups, breakdowns, and special activations within the lounge.

Operational Excellence

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
• Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation.
• Ensure all lounge areas remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Comply with all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, lounge, café, country club, or food and beverage service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience in upscale hospitality, hotel, private club, or corporate dining environments.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and specialty coffee service.
• Experience supporting private events and catering functions.
