Proficiency in basic math, cash handling, and inventory practices. Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Problem-solving abilities and knowledge of retail operations. Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations. Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience is advantageous. Key Duties Assist in staffing, merchandising, inventory, and store maintenance. Ensure customer satisfaction and store safety. Support financial and cash handling procedures. Operate store functions and analyze operational data. Maintain compliance with policies and laws. Physical & Working Conditions Involves frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, and occasionally climbing or driving. Works in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise, sometimes outside weather conditions.
