This is a community hospital and regional referral center. The facility has 171 beds and is Joint Commission Accredited. It is a certified chest pain center and a Level III trauma facility. Local attractions include outdoor recreation opportunities such as fishing, golfing, swimming, and hiking. There are various local restaurants, breweries, and distilleries to explore. The location features beautiful mountain ranges and serene lake scenery. It is conveniently located near major cities: Las Vegas (2.5 hours drive), Phoenix (3.25 hours drive), Grand Canyon National Park (3.5 hours), and Los Angeles or San Diego (5 hours). The unit has 16 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2. Common diagnoses and treatments include STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, sepsis, CABG, valve repair/replacement, acute respiratory failure, A. Fib RVR, ETOH withdrawal, head injury, overdose, stroke, trauma, CRRT, TCAR, and TVAR. Candidates must have experience in travel nursing.
