Restaurant Kitchen Manager

About the Position Golden Corral is looking for an energetic, friendly individual to join our team as a Kitchen Manager. This role is responsible for food production and operating the Back‑of‑the‑House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems to ensure the standards for quality food, recipes and cleanliness are achieved for our guests. Responsibilities Lead food production and maintain food quality, cleanliness and safety. Operate Back‑of‑the‑House operations, including inventory, equipment and labor scheduling. Manage the overall restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager, covering food quality, production, safety and labor. Qualifications Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family‑style restaurant. Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
