Front Desk Associate

Job Overview Hotel: Sioux Falls Sheraton, 1211 West Avenue North, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Full‑time. Compensation: $16/hr (actual pay may differ based on experience, skills, and qualifications). Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations and act as the primary problem solver for guests and teammates. Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy, warmth, and charm. Support and train new front desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally. Help manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest‑ready. Qualifications Customer service experience with strong people skills and patience. Experience in hospitality or leadership is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Tech savvy and comfortable using hotel systems. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Benefits 401(k) plan with company match.
