Key Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of plant financial results
• Establish, maintain, and enforce rigorous internal controls, including SOX, inventory, and revenue-cycle controls
• Oversee financial controls for a complex, work-in-process (WIP)-intensive balance sheet
• Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and manufacturing variance analysis
• Perform managerial accounting and financial analysis across product lines and manufacturing programs
• Analyze product-line and program margins, absorption, cost performance, and manufacturing variances
• Prepare and manage the monthly plant P&L, inventory, and capital forecasts
• Partner directly with Operations to connect financial performance with manufacturing and production results
• Distinguish sustainable cost improvements from changes driven by product or production mix
• Challenge financial and operational assumptions that are not supported by manufacturing data
• Identify financial risks and investigate variances before they significantly impact business performance
• Deliver accurate, transparent, audit-ready financial reporting and actionable analysis to leadership
• Support financial decision-making through data-driven insights into manufacturing costs, margins, inventory, and operational performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience
