Branch Manager - Segment or Small Geography

We are looking for a talented Branch Manager – Segment or Small Geography to join our team in General Management in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Drive consistent financial performance by owning P&L across multiple branches, aligning execution to the Annual Operating Plan, and actively managing key metrics like profitability, asset utilization, and balanced scorecards. * Scale business growth across the region by leading market analysis, executing sales and marketing plans, and building strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships. * Elevate customer experience and loyalty by fostering a service-first culture, improving Net Promoter Scores, and ensuring consistent, high-quality branch operations. * Strengthen operational excellence by optimizing branch processes, improving Repair Event Cycle Time, and proactively addressing recurring warranty issues to enhance product and service quality. * Build a high-performing leadership pipeline by coaching, developing, and holding Branch Managers accountable through clear goals, work plans, and Individual Development Plans. * Ensure safety, compliance, and corporate responsibility by upholding health, safety, and environmental standards while promoting a culture that supports employees and the community. * Align regional strategy with enterprise goals by developing a deep understanding of Cummins’ business across markets and translating that into locally effective execution. * Lead with accountability and collaboration by coordinating across functions, empowering teams, and ensuring day-to-day branch operations consistently deliver on performance, customer satisfaction, and growth objectives.
