What You'll Be Doing

• Tying rebar
• Installing anchor bolts
• Setting and stripping forms
• Pouring and vibrating concrete in footings, walls, and grade beams
• Reading blueprints and layout markings
• Working alongside heavy equipment and excavation crews
• Ensuring quality and accuracy with all concrete placements
• Keeping work areas clean and safe

What You Need

• 2–4 years of experience in structural or foundation concrete work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout marks
• Proficient in using measuring tools (tape measures, laser levels, plumb bobs)
• Skilled in tying rebar and setting anchor bolts accurately
• Knowledge of forming systems and layout for footings, grade beams, and walls
• Comfortable working around excavation areas and with heavy machinery crews
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
• Team-first attitude and willingness to support crew needs
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• OSHA 10 preferred (or willing to obtain)
