Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary and sole dentist in the practice

* Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

* Perform restorative procedures, extractions, and edentulous restorations

* Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff

* Maintain compliance with all state and federal dental regulations

Qualifications

* DDS or DMD degree

* Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience required

* Comfortable practicing independently as a solo provider

* Strong surgical and prosthetic skills preferred

* Excellent communication and patient-care abilities
