Youth Programs Director (Nonprofit Leadership) - Direct Hire | Indianapolis, IN | $85K-$90K

We are seeking a Youth Programs Director to lead a mission-driven, faith-based youth organization in Indianapolis. This direct hire role offers the opportunity to oversee impactful programs serving youth and families.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across operations, programming, and volunteer coordination
  
• Oversee youth programs (education, recreation, enrichment, leadership) and ensure quality outcomes
  
• Manage budget, financial performance, and grant compliance
  
• Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to policies and safety standards
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, schools, and community partners
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
  
• 4+ years of leadership experience in youth services or community organizations
  
• Experience with team management, program oversight, and budget/grant administration
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Indianapolis
  

Preferred: Master's degree, grant reporting experience, community partnerships, bilingual skills
