Security Officer

Site Location: Mesa, AZ Salary: $22.00/hr

A CURRENT ARIZONA GUARD CARD IS REQUIRED.

Security Relief Officer Responsibilities Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner. Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles. Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures. Monitor and/or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and/or other criminal behavior. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms. Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks. Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and/or in possession of prohibited items. Respond to calls of distress, alarms and/or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders. Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner. Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents). Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed. Other duties to be determined by Management.
