Contract | Travel | Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | Every 3rd Weekend Required | 12-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed Medical/Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:4.5
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for medical/surgical patients
• Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to unit dress code (Navy Blue scrubs) and all facility policies and procedures
• Float to other units as required based on staffing and patient census needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2–3 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including every 3rd weekend

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of dedicated Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Demonstrated ability to float and adapt quickly to varying unit needs
