Junior Attorney - Financial Services Platform

Jr Attorney - Financial Services Platform San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) About the Role The Attorney will join the legal team of a growing real estate investment platform, supporting a broad range of legal, regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters across investment funds and affiliated businesses. Reporting directly to the Associate Counsel, this individual will work closely with senior leadership, accounting, investor relations, and business development teams. This role is ideal for a business‑minded attorney seeking hands‑on experience with fund operations, corporate governance, securities matters, commercial contracts, and real estate investment transactions in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, referral agreements, service agreements, marketing agreements, broker‑dealer agreements, and other business contracts Prepare, maintain, and manage corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance documentation across multiple business entities Support regulatory compliance initiatives, including business registrations, corporate filings, securities‑related matters, licensing applications, and renewals Assist with fund formation, administration, and legal operations for real estate investment vehicles and affiliated entities Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar 1-3 years of legal experience within a law firm or in‑house legal department Experience with corporate law, real estate, securities, private funds, investment management, private equity, financial services, or related practice areas preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Larson Maddox
