Real Estate Services Coordinator

Immediate need for a talented Real Estate Services Coordinator. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Radnor, PA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to multiple property managers
• Process and track invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property-related work
• Communicate with utility companies regarding property services
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and tenant inquiries
• Assist with tenant communications and general property administration
• Support energy management and other operational initiatives
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the property management team

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Must have skills: Commercial Real Estate / Property Management
• Invoice Processing / Accounts Payable
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience in commercial real estate, property management, or facilities management is a plus
• Previous invoicing or accounts payable experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional customer service skills when interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Education: HSD or equivalent
