General Labor – Manufacturing

Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking dependable and motivated  General Labor employees to join our clients’ manufacturing teams. These positions support daily production activities through hands-on labor, material movement, and basic equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily manufacturing and production tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Sort, stack, pack, and assemble products to meet production needs
• Inspect materials and finished goods for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow standard operating procedures and all safety guidelines
• Assist machine operators or other production personnel as needed
• Report concerns or mechanical issues promptly

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic communication skills; bilingual a plus
• Willingness to learn and cross-train

Work Environment

• Active production floor setting
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and lifting
