The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Interventional Radiology physicians.

• Current CA state license preferred (or ability to obtain).
\n
• IR fellowship training required.
\n
• Daytime schedule 8a-5p.
\n
• Perform a broad range of interventional and image-guided procedures.
\n
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
\n
• Partnership-track.
\n
• PACS equipment, IT support, access to scribe and AI software.
\n
• Malpractice with tail provided.
\n
• Opportunity to read diagnostic remotely.
\n

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
