Description Title: Receptionist Location: Symphony Care Network Status: Part Time, days & evenings Job Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and efficient front-desk support while serving as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, employees, and the public. Essential Functions: Welcoming visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner Answering and routing phone calls with professional telephone etiquette Strong computer skills a must, knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic office equipment Providing clerical support as assigned Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication Active listening skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to handle interruptions while maintaining accuracy Basic recordkeeping and filing skills Requirements Qualifications/Experience: 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
