Senior Technical Consultant

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Remote). Candidates must have hands-on experience leading ServiceNow implementations and hold ServiceNow CSA, Implementation Specialist, and ITIL Foundation certifications.


Rate Range: $68/Hour to $75/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Senior Technical Consultant Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, upgrade, migration, and integration projects across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable functional and technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, project estimations, architecture guidance, and oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Review, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve application issues while ensuring platform stability, performance, and compliance with ITIL best practices.
• Mentor and support team members by sharing technical expertise, conducting knowledge transfers, and promoting development best practices.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders through regular meetings, status reporting, risk management, and delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration.
• Must possess ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, and ITIL Foundation certifications.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, or FSM modules, with strong knowledge of integrations, upgrades, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $75.00 per hour
