About Fer & SquareWe are a high-speed premium design and print studio specializing in custom packaging, product labels, stickers, and large format printing. We produce packaging with UV printing, embossing, spot gloss, and specialty materials on fast turnaround times.
What You’ll Do
We are looking for a highly driven Creative Marketing Director who can take complete ownership of our content, marketing, creative direction, and growth strategy. This is not a traditional marketing role. We need a builder, leader, strategist, and executor capable of scaling a brand aggressively through content and advertising.
Position OverviewThe Creative Marketing Director is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the company’s content publishing strategy across all marketing channels.
This individual will have authority over content planning, publishing cadence, creative direction, campaign execution, and performance optimization while maintaining alignment with company growth objectives.

Core Responsibilities Content Strategy & Publishing- Develop and manage the company’s content strategy.
- Maintain publishing frequency, scheduling, and content distribution.
- Maintain a structured content calendar.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Optimize content performance based on analytics and market trends.
- Manage both company and founder/personal brand content.
Social Media Management
- Up to 90 feed posts per month
- Full content calendar management
Reels Production
- Up to 60 edited reels per month
- Priority editing workflow
- High-volume content repurposing
Content Planning
- Weekly content planning sessions
- Monthly campaign planning
- Product launch content strategy
- Manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Develop ongoing testing and scaling strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
- Create and optimize audience targeting.
- Improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Provide weekly performance updates.
- Deliver monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track KPIs and growth metrics.
- Present recommendations for scaling and optimization.
The Creative Marketing Director is expected to build and develop the company’s marketing department.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting marketing and creative team members.
- Assisting with hiring decisions.
- Training current and future employees.
- Developing internal content systems and workflows.
- Managing creative production standards.
- Delegating responsibilities as the team grows.
- Conducting creative workshops and training sessions.
Until additional hires are made, this role may also assist with:
- Website design and development
- Shopify management and optimization
- E-commerce setup and maintenance
- Email marketing systems
- Marketing automations
- Influencer outreach
- Product photography coordination
- Product videography coordination
- Content capture planning
- Shot list development
- Brand guideline development
- Creative brainstorming sessions

Occasional travel may be required.
Approved travel expenses will be covered, including:

All travel must receive prior approval.
Performance Reviews & Growth OpportunitiesThis position includes structured performance evaluations every 90 days.
Performance reviews will evaluate:
- Content output
- Content quality

- Advertising performance
- Team leadership
- Operational improvements
Compensation increases and advancement opportunities may be available based on demonstrated performance and company growth.
Qualifications Required- 3+ years of content marketing experience
- 3+ years managing social media accounts
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of content strategy
- Experience managing creative projects
- Leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with AI tools

- Experience scaling consumer brands
