✅ Travel Contract Opportunity – Rehab/LTAC RN (Float)
Location: Johnstown, CO
Pay: ~$3,262/week (Travel) | ~$2,880/week Local
️ Schedule & Contract Details
️ Contract Length: 8 weeks (potential extension)
⏰ Hours: 48 hours/week
Shift: Days
Schedule: Flexible (must be open to varying schedules)
Unit Details
• Float role between Rehab & LTAC units
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: ~1:6
• Facility combines Rehab Hospital + LTAC
Job Responsibilities
• Assist patients recovering from chronic illness/injury
• Support development and execution of rehabilitation care plans
• Provide direct patient care across Rehab and LTAC settings
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
✅ Required Experience & Certifications
• Active RN License (CO or compact if applicable)
• Current CPR certification
• Must meet all federal, state, and facility requirements
✅ Preferred Qualifications
• Rehab and/or LTAC experience
• Experience with trachs and vents
• Strong adaptability and flexibility
