Essential Responsibilities Provides excellent care and service to customers Takes accurate phone orders Effective communicator and active listener Checks out and delivers orders Accurately handles cash Serves others Safely operates a motor vehicle Basic reading, writing and math skills Performs other in-store functions while not driving such as folding boxes or other cross-functional associate level tasks Minimum Requirements The following education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) are required to perform in this role: Valid driver’s license Education High School or GED preferred, but not required Work Experience Previous driver and/or customer service experience helpful, but not required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities (KSA's) Action Oriented - Enjoys working hard; is action-oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes more opportunities than others.
