Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Sharon, MA $35–$38/hour | PRN We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a flexible PRN opportunity in Sharon, MA. Join a collaborative rehabilitation setting where you can help residents strengthen everyday skills and maintain greater independence. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed OT Assist with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Follow individualized treatment programs established by the supervising therapist Monitor resident response and communicate progress to the clinical team Reinforce adaptive techniques and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation Collaborate with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary team members What We Offer $35–$38/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Supportive rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Collaborative therapy team Qualifications Active Massachusetts COTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
