This is not an entry-level call center role. Our recruiters engage directly with experienced Financial Advisors — highly compensated professionals who are selective with their time and difficult to reach.

 

Top performers in recruiting, staffing, B2B prospecting, SDR/BDR roles, merchant services, or high-volume outbound sales tend to excel in this environment.

Only top performers will be considered.

 

Your target: High-earning Financial Advisors

Your goal: Schedule a 30-minute meeting with a hiring manager

Your ammo: The best value proposition in the industry

 

We are seeking career-minded, money-motivated influential sales professionals to source from our comprehensive and targeted database with hundreds of thousands of pre-vetted leads. Familiarity with proven sales techniques, such as Straight Line Selling, will take you far in our industry. Our outbound dialing platform, powered by Salesforce, enables our Recruiters to maintain a high call volume while our team structure ensures that you receive constant coaching and guidance on best practices to help you make the most of each contact attempt.

 

This is a unique and lucrative career opportunity starting at $24/hour with benefits. Our employees also have the opportunity to earn commissions with unlimited income potential. Talented recruiters can make $100k+ after 12 months of employment.

This role is NOT a fit for individuals who:

• Dislike outbound phone activity
• Need constant supervision
• Struggle with rejection
• Prefer transactional sales environments
• Are uncomfortable speaking with high-level professionals

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Effective Recruiters must be able to:

· Utilize Salesforce to make outbound prospecting calls and set meetings

· Consistently make a good first impression when engaging with gatekeepers and prospects

· Present our clients value proposition in an engaging manner

· Effectively overcome objections when presented

· Qualify candidates through effective questioning techniques

· Record relevant call results and notes in Salesforce

· Meet production goals and objectives as established

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position would:

• Have experience in B2B sales
• Have experience getting through gatekeepers
• Top producers in previous roles are perfect for this
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Be a confident self-starter who works well independently
• Have a disciplined work ethic
• Have strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Have a professional phone etiquette
• Have active listening skills
• Be capable of handling rejection
• Be a great team and individual contributor
• Have basic computer skills
• Military Experience preferred

Hours and Holidays

Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM - No weekends or evenings!

Compensation and Bonuses

Minimum of $24/hour ($49,920/year) to start paid bi-weekly

Minimum quota: 2 SET meetings/week
