About the Role
The Company is in need of a Head of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce needs. This role involves overseeing all HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce administration. The Head of HR will also lead talent management initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs. Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and effectively managing HR operations, reporting, and vendor relationships are key aspects of the position. Applicants for the Head of HR role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years' of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, and compliance functions. Proficiency in HR systems, workforce data, and reporting tools is essential. The role requires the ability to build strong partnerships with executive leadership, analyze workforce data for planning and engagement, and lead organizational change initiatives. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are a must, and professional certification or expertise in process improvement is considered beneficial.
