Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion.
• Deliver written and oral executive-level reporting, presentations, and communications.
• Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.
• Lead product migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, including subject matter experts and leadership.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile frameworks, including leading product migrations.
• Technical product knowledge and familiarity with technical architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with vendor management experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheets, G-suit, and Slack.
