Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. We're one of the largest Great Clips franchisees in the country. We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base + comm + productivity + tips). Last week our avg effective wage was $33.18/hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $24/hr. Free shears ($199 msrp) just for coming in for an interview. Hands-on training and $300 signing bonus. Cosmetology or barbers license required.

What you bring to the team To join the Great Clips salon team as a stylist or barber, you'll need: A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province) A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
