About Us
Since 2014, The Well Groomed Gentleman has been Coral Gables’ premier barbershop and grooming lounge, located on iconic Miracle Mile. We preserve the art of traditional barbering while catering to the modern gentleman — offering everything from precision haircuts and hot lather shaves to facials, manicures, and full grooming spa services. Our clients are welcomed with a complimentary drink, treated to exceptional service, and leave looking and feeling their best.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, passionate barber to join our tight-knit team. You’ll serve a loyal, upscale clientele in a warm, lounge-style environment where craftsmanship and client experience come first.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver precise haircuts, fades, tapers, and classic cuts tailored to each client’s face shape and style
- Perform hot lather straight razor shaves and beard trims/styling
- Consult with clients to recommend the best looks and grooming routines
- Uphold the high standards of quality and hospitality that define The Well Groomed Gentleman
- Contribute to a welcoming, professional atmosphere for every guest
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional barbering experience
- Florida Barber License (required)
- Conversational English and Spanish (we proudly serve a diverse Miami community)
- Strong skills in fades, scissor cuts, beard work, and straight razor shaves
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, professional, and team-oriented
- Passion for the craft and a commitment to continuous improvement
