Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking top performers who desire to take their career and earnings to the next level!***total cash compensation of 100K is attainable including bonus***General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:Top pay in the market, base up to 75k on day oneThe latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/SatRobust benefits package with M/D/V/401k/STDThree weeks of paid time off in the first year!Huge monthly bonus potential based primarily on top-line sales growthHigh-quality products and well-maintained facilities! General Manager Qualifications:Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive-thru.Hands-on style of leadershipUpbeat personalitySolid communication skills and professional appearanceStandard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer serviceMust be able to taste and handle all menu offeringsAbility to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the groundNote- this is a 5-day week, requiring Fri/Sat/Sun & most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p.
