COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL DENTIST — FULL TIME

Fayetteville, NC | Full-Time | Associate $30,000 SIGN-ON BONUS | ADJUSTED PRODUCTION | DAILY GUARANTEE DURING RAMP-UP

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our well-established Fayetteville practice and step into a thriving PPO production environment backed by an experienced, supportive team. You won't be going it alone — you'll work alongside another associate dentist from day one, with a seasoned clinical team ready to help you hit the ground running. We offer a structured ramp-up period with a temporary daily guarantee so you can build your patient base with confidence — plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus to make your transition seamless.

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a skilled dentist who is as comfortable with a molar endo as they are building lasting patient relationships. If you bring both clinical confidence and a genuine care for your patients, we'd love to meet you.

- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

- Proficiency in molar endodontics

- Comfortable performing surgical extractions

- Strong general dentistry skillset across a broad scope of care

- A team-first attitude and genuine passion for patient care

- Active or eligible NC dental license
