Practice Info * Medical Director role overseeing multiple locations * Low patient census with maximum 750 patient panel * 80% clinical, 20% administrative duties Compensation * $250,000 - $330,000 annual * Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay Shift & Schedule * Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule * 4 days in office, 1 day work from home * Call only 2 times monthly, 4 weekends per year Requirements * Board certification required * Massachusetts license required * Value-based care experience with geriatrics focus preferred
