Branch Security Officer

Summary The Branch Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for clients and employees while serving as a store ambassador. This role supports store sales and operations through security controls, opening and closing procedures, and emergency response. The officer also assists with back-of-house operations, equipment inspections, and customer-facing service to uphold the in-store experience. Responsibilities Maintain a secure environment and deter theft through visible presence and adherence to security procedures. Partner with senior security and management to report missing assets, investigate incidents, and implement incident management protocols. Perform daily security inspections, alarm and equipment tests, key access controls, and report submissions. Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and maintenance coordination. Support sales and service by acting as a Tiffany ambassador and delivering exceptional customer interactions on the sales floor. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills and ability to complete required reports and inspections. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
