You'll spend your time helping individuals develop everyday skills, guiding them through challenges, celebrating victories, and reinforcing positive behaviors that help build confidence. Some days you'll assist a client in mastering a new skill. Other days you'll provide reassurance during difficult moments. Through consistent support, collaboration with care professionals, and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive, you'll help create progress that extends well beyond a single session.
