Our managers play a pivotal role in keeping Dunkin' running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
• People Development: Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

• Financial Management: Understand sales growth, cost management, and drive profit growth.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and apply comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures. Qualifications to Lead Dunkin'
To qualify for this position, you must:
• Have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience (3-5 years preferred).
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED/equivalent.
• Possess flexibility in scheduling based on business and team needs.
• Quick service restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
