Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Santa Clarita, CA (Travel throughout Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Antelope Valley) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: Flexible scheduling with no fixed shifts or on-call requirements.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing behavioral health team providing services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, ADHD, learning disabilities, and related conditions. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services across multiple community settings.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Provide parent training and caregiver support.Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.Participate in staff training, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.Qualifications RequiredMaster's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.Active BCBA certification.Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based practices.CPR Certification.Negative TB Clearance.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.Ability to pass a background check.Authorization to work in the United States.BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Referral Bonus ProgramPerformance-Based Bonus OpportunitiesMileage ReimbursementCell Phone AllowanceFlexible Work ScheduleProfessional Development SupportCareer Growth and Advancement Opportunities
