Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection. Communicate effectively with the customer regarding questions, concerns, and problems. Maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable work experience in the HVAC industry. Knowledge of the fundamental operational functionality of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment. Ability to troubleshoot problems with refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on HVAC equipment. Requirements High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Valid driver’s license. EPA Certified (preferred). NATE Certification (preferred). HVAC certification or Diploma (preferred). Compensation: $25 - $35 an hour.
