Requirements
- At least two years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) or Med Surg
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- COVID-19 Vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
- Previous travel experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Adhere to standards of care and manage the environment to maintain patient safety.
- Supervise nursing assistants and helpers in patient care activities.
- Follow all policies and procedures as outlined by the facility.
- Perform duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act.
- Comply with applicable standards and regulations.
