Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings in person and virtually. Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff. Deliver responsive, client‑focused legal services in a high‑volume practice. Qualifications Licensed to practice in Ohio (Indiana and/or Kentucky licensure is a plus). 5+ years of experience required (all qualified applicants considered). Foreclosure, Bankruptcy or Collections experience preferred. Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven. Location/Travel Location: Office in Cincinnati, Ohio; remote/hybrid options available. Travel: Local court‑related travel required. Conditions of Work Ability to sit or stand for long periods. Ability to remain focused for extended periods. Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day. Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (typing, clicking, swiveling). Ability to multi‑task.
