  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans addressing pre-crisis and crisis situations among clients.

  • Act as a liaison to various service systems, governmental bodies, and community partners to improve patient access and care continuity.

  • Facilitate open communication lines within the clinic and with external stakeholders to consistently meet contract standards and promote the clinic’s mission.

  • Build and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to secure potential alliances and funding opportunities.

  • Actively pursue ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and collaborative meetings in the mental health field.

  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, addressing varied mental health needs through tailored therapeutic interventions. This includes supporting clients dealing with substances use disorders, developmental challenges, and rehabilitative requirements post-brain injury. Your expertise will contribute to improving client outcomes and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

  • Possession of an independent LMHC license recognized by the state board is required.

  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed clinical records and preparing comprehensive reports.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to cohesive treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
