  • Supporting quality assurance observations and site inspections to evaluate conformance with contract documents, manufacturer requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Assisting in the preparation of concise, technically sound reports documenting observations, testing procedures, findings, and recommendations.
  • Coordinating with internal project teams, clients, contractors, and design professionals throughout various phases of projects.
  • Occasional overnight travel, both in-state and out-of-state, may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in building enclosure, roofing and/or waterproofing consulting, forensic investigations, property condition assessments, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of building construction practices and building enclosure systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, building science, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
