Project Engineer

Our client, a manufacturing operations organization is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Production, Maintenance, and Capital Projects. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, adaptability, and technical problem solving which will align successfully in the organization.



Job Title: Project Engineer

Location: Ennis, TX

Pay Range: $55-$65/hr



What's the Job?

• Capital projects across lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget requirements are met.
• Detailed design scopes, cost estimates, and capital expenditure justifications prepared for installations.
• Continuous improvement supported through technical analysis and recommendations for process/equipment modifications.
• Technical resource for design, engineering coordination, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Internal maintenance and external contractors managed during project execution and system development.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably roofing/building products.
• Ability to manage multi disciplinary projects and supervise as a lead engineer.
• Proven background in managing scope, budget, and downtime constraints.
• Proficiency with computer software and G Suite applications.
