Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective execution of maintenance work orders and the day-to-day maintenance of manufacturing equipment. The role involves following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the facility's Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan to ensure food safety while performing job duties. The technician will focus on equipment preventive maintenance, modifications, corrective work, and support operations to ensure smooth production processes.

• Execute maintenance work orders effectively.
• Conduct day-to-day maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Follow GMPs and the facility HACCP plan to ensure food safety.
• Perform equipment preventive maintenance and modifications.
• Engage in projects, corrective work, and other equipment-related activities.
• Support operations to focus on production.

• Experience in electrical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in maintenance technician roles.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, schematic reading, pneumatics, hydraulics, repair, blueprint reading, PLC troubleshooting, and PLC control.

• Must have a manufacturing maintenance background.
• Ability to use CMMS for documenting work orders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong analytical mindset.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Self-motivation.
• Boiler/Remote attendant certification.

Work in a clean, climate-controlled food manufacturing facility located in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee. The position involves working the night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am.

This is a Permanent position based out of Red Boiling Springs, TN.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.
