A staffing services provider is seeking a candidate to provide remote technical support to users in a Windows environment. The role involves answering calls, documenting issues, and resolving problems related to Office products and devices. Excellent customer service skills are required both over the phone and in person when necessary. Candidates should have an associate's degree and at least one year of experience in technical support.
